No guarantee of sourcing availability
Product availability, wholesale access, minimum order quantities, pricing, lead times, resale permissions and supplier acceptance may change at any time. ZenCubic does not guarantee that a requested product or supplier can be sourced.
Quotations and proposals
Indicative prices, estimates and sourcing options are not binding unless confirmed in a written quotation, invoice, purchase order or other agreed commercial document.
Export and destination-country requirements
Some products may be restricted by manufacturer policy, intellectual property rights, export controls, shipping rules or destination-country laws and regulations. Responsibility for compliance, importer-of-record obligations, duties, taxes and required certifications will be allocated on a case-by-case basis in the applicable transaction terms.
Supplier relationships
Depending on the project, the transaction may be arranged directly between the buyer and a Japanese supplier, or ZenCubic may participate in the transaction. The applicable structure will be confirmed before an order proceeds.
Product inspection
Any product inspection or checking service is limited to the scope agreed for the project and does not constitute a guarantee of product performance, regulatory compliance or fitness for a particular purpose.

Information obtained from manufacturers, wholesalers, logistics providers or other third parties may change and is not independently guaranteed unless expressly stated.
